Testimonials
"Our tour, which included Shrewsbury Festival, Worcester Cathedral
and St. Paul's Cathedral, was so well organised and managed. Everything
ran on time and everyone enjoyed the whole experience. Well done Principality
International." Paul Dexter, Master Singers of Worcester Co. U.S.A.
"A surprise jewel in our multi-country summer holiday in 2007 was a
guided tour of South Wales. Things ran smoothly from the pre-trip itinerary
planning which Principality International clearly put a lot of thought
into tailoring for us and through the personal and professional attention
we received throughout the tour. Our guide had a real passion for and
knowledge of Wales, ensuring we saw the highlights, but also tailoring
to our interests as the trip unfolded, down to buying a lovely birthday
gift for our daughter when he found out it was her birthday." Andrew, Annabelle and Kira Hooks
St David's day
Dydd Gwyl Dewi is the feast day of Saint David the patron saint of
Wales and falls on 1st March each year. The date of March 1st was chosen
in remembrance of the death of St. David in 589, and has been celebrated
by followers since then. The date was declared a national day of within
Wales in the 18th century and is marked by people wearing a daffodil
or leek and school children taking part in eisteddfodau or concerts.
